Within the first 30 days of your Fella membership, please email team@joinfella.com for a full refund.

  • If you are on the monthly plan, please notify us at team@joinfella.com within 5 days of your billing cycle to pause or cancel your membership.
  • If you are on the quarterly plan, please contact us at team@joinfella.com within 5 days of your billing cycle to pause or cancel your membership.
  • If you are on the annual plan, contact us at team@joinfella.com to pause or cancel your membership. Refunds will be prorated on a quarterly basis (e.g. If you stop in month 7, your refund will be for your final quarter.)

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at team@joinfella.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
